All Staff at Gould's,

I am writing this letter to show my appreciation of the way we have been treated by the staff of Gould's.From the outset of the purchase people were friendly,NOT PUSHY,things happened when they said,refreshing in this day and age.Even when there was a slight problem,(no fault of Gould's),it was dealt with efficiently and professionally.

The cost of the item was the same as the High Street larger glitzy stores,but the way we were treated,good old fashioned individual attention,far outweighed anything we have ever experienced at larger stores.All of the staff from Sales to Delivery/Engineers deserve a pat on the back.

We shall in future make all our purchases for  electrical goods a trip to Gould's. Well done! Keep up the good work,in your shop the customer does come first.
